However, it could be argued Kenny cheated by pressing charges against Spenny, after Spenny assaulted him in front of police officers, by punching him in the arm. However it could also be argued, based on all Spenny's whining on film before hand, that Spenny was tired and hungry, and knew assaulting Kenny would get him a shower and hot meal for the night, and thus punched Kenny to try and cheat himself.

Kenny also broke the 'spirit of the competition' by visiting the bank and getting cash out, without explicitly using a card.
